How can I open an online account with you? 
Existing credit account customers can apply using our online registration form - please click on login (top left) and the 'Request Login' button under Existing Trade Customer. Once we have checked your registration details we will then email you a login and password. If you are not an existing customer then please contact your local depot - see 'Contact Us' for more information.

Do you have a minimum order value for free delivery? 
Yes, our carriage paid order value is £125.

Where do you deliver to? 
We have delivery depots in Clevedon, Reading, Birmingham, Elland and Basildon so can deliver across the England and Wales. See the Delivery Information page for further details.

How can I check if you have something in stock?
Please first login and then either browse to or search for the product you are interested in - there will be a 'In Stock' tick next to the item if there is stock available. Items stating 'Made to Order' are made on request.

I want to check my previous orders and invoices - can I do this online? 
Yes, once logged in, click on the 'My Account' button at the top right of the page.

I'm a tradesman and would like to purchase your products - how do I do this?
